Postpartum Belly Binding

Bengkung belly binding is the art of wrapping a postpartum women's belly for physical support and to help hasten the recovery process after childbirth.  This belly binding technique uses a long strip of cloth to wrap around around the abdomen from the hips to the ribcage.

Placenta Encapsulation

$375

Placenta encapsulation is done in the Traditional Chinese Method where the placenta is steamed with healing, edible herbs and put into capsules for you to consume. The anecdotal benefits are establishment of early and healthy milk supply, reduction of postpartum mood disorders, reduction of postpartum bleeding, etc.

Contracted clients can receive a reduced rate for placenta encapsulation ($325)

Postpartum Herbs

An herbal remedy for perinatal healing! Made with organic ingredients, you can steep and add the herbs to your peri-bottle or bath. If I am hired for birth support in your home birth, I will ensure these herbs are prepped and ready to go for after your delivery.
