🌿 Who am I?

I’m Chaya, founder of NoVa Birth & Wellness. I’ve supported families for nearly a decade as a doula, newborn care specialist, and photographer. My heart is in helping families feel cared for while capturing their most precious memories.

Photography allows me to preserve the raw, beautiful details of your family’s journey — from your baby’s first breath to the quiet snuggles at home. I believe these moments deserve to be remembered as they truly are: natural, warm, and real.

👶 Can you ensure my baby's safety?

Absolutely. I’ve taken specialized trainings and became certified in newborn photography to ensure your baby’s comfort and safety during every session. My approach is baby-led, gentle, and designed so little ones remain happy and secure.

My dual background as both a doula and photographer means I bring calm, nurturing presence as well as an artistic eye. I don’t just take pictures — I support, guide, and hold space while capturing your story.

💛 Life beyond work?

When I’m not with clients, I’m with my three kiddos — Genesis, Ajani, and Maia. They’re my inspiration and the reason I know just how fleeting these moments are. I also love creative projects, warm coffee, and quiet porch mornings.
