Compassionate 4th Trimester Care
Safe, professional placenta encapsulation for nourishment, balance, and energy in the fourth trimester.
Placenta encapsulation is the practice of preparing your placenta after birth, dehydrating it, and placing it into capsules for you to take during your postpartum period. This centuries-old tradition is rooted in the belief that the placenta holds essential nutrients and hormones that may support postpartum recovery.
Potential Benefits
Reduce postpartum bleeding

Meet your encapsulator
Hi, I’m Chaya — postpartum support nerd, Chai enthusiast, and your go-to person for encapsulation with heart and humor.
I got into this work in 2020 while assisting a homebirth midwife. One weekend I was introduced to encapsulation, gave it a try… and just kind of fell in love with the process. Since then, I’ve supported over 50 families with safe, intentional prep — and I’ve even had it done for two of my own births, so I truly believe in the benefits.
What keeps me coming back is the uniqueness of every experience. I’m fascinated by the details and always learning something new. Whether it’s crafting a keepsake or carefully prepping each batch, I handle it all with care and respect (and just a little geeky excitement).
Outside of encapsulating, I’m usually wrangling my kids, half-finishing a DIY project, or binge-watching crime shows with a reheated tea in hand.
If you’re considering it — I’m here to make the process simple, safe, and supportive. You deserve a postpartum experience that’s just as cared for as your birth.
