My work centers on supporting families in the tender, often overwhelming days after birth.

My background in birth work and nursing laid the foundation for what I do now. I became a CNA, NRP/CPR certified, and a full-spectrum doula in 2019, and spent years working alongside midwives and in hospital labor & delivery units. That experience taught me not just how babies are born — but how deeply families need care after they come home.

Today, I focus on postpartum and newborn care, offering calm, practical, in-home support that helps families rest, recover, and find their rhythm. From newborn care and overnight support to maternal recovery, emotional support, and hands-on guidance, my goal is to take the pressure off so parents can simply be present.

I also offer postpartum services such as placenta encapsulation and newborn photography, allowing families to receive thoughtful, continuous care during this transition.

I believe postpartum care is not a luxury — it’s essential. The relationships I build with families are rooted in trust, safety, and deep respect for this sacred season. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need support — and that’s where I come in.

Running Intrinsic Motherhood and working part-time as a clinical tech in a local hospital’s L&D unit has further fueled my passion. I dream of becoming a CNM and opening my own practice to offer families the comfort of home births, just as I experienced with my own children.

As a placenta encapsulation specialist, birth photographer, and perinatal advocate, my heart has always been set on supporting mothers during this sacred time. From a young age, I knew I wanted to guide mothers through their journey into motherhood, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

I believe every person deserves an informed and autonomous birth, no matter the path they choose. Advocacy is at the core of doula work, and it’s what drives me to continue in this field. Over the past few years, I’ve had the honor of attending over 200 births as a doula, student midwife, and tech. While I specialize in natural intrinsic birth, I support all birth choices and help mothers find their own path.

The bonds I form with my clients often turn into close, loving friendships. I prioritize mutual trust and safety, ensuring you can confide in and rely on me during the most sacred times.
